As a Clinical Hypnotherapist I will assists the you to reach a deep state of relaxation through verbal suggestions, allowing you to access their subconscious mind more effectively. 

 

During a hypnotherapy session, together we will establish a safe and supportive environment for the you.  Hypnotherapy is a natural state we all enter many times each day.....you drive home but cannot remember the route home....watching a film and get so involved you don’t hear the door bell ringing -

this is a Natural Hypnotic State

Content-free hypnotherapy is a gentle but powerful approach because it enables you to work through issues without revealing in depth personal details or past experiences. This approach respects your privacy while still giving you the benefit of the therapeutic process. You would need to give an overview of what you want to address such as “I have panic attacks when…..”I just feel stressed…..”

 

The key principle is that the subconscious mind already holds all the resources, knowledge, and insights needed for healing or problem-solving. By using open-ended suggestions, metaphors, and indirect language, we can facilitate go on a journey without me needing to know the specific details of a specific problems. This means you can work on sensitive issues, trauma, or other personal concerns without feeling exposed or vulnerable in the same way you might in a traditional therapeutic setting.
